Our difference is that we use Sales 2.0 tools and techniques in our lead generation sales process (in fact we invented the Sales 2.0 approach). We still use the telephone as a core component of our work but we use the telephone intelligently. We think before we dial.

All calls are carefully prepared for and executed as part of a plan to penetrate that account for you, our client. Nothing we do resembles “smile and dial”. 1. Pre-Campaign Preparation
We first tune your value proposition (“elevator pitch”) and incorporate it into all our scripts (phone, email and collateral) and make sure your target prospect profile is correct. Then we help you develop a database of specific companies and individuals to target.

2. Pre-Contact Preparation
We use social networks and social media to gather as much information on targets as possible. We screen companies for trigger events to produce a target list of the highest quality. Through our use of networks we often find referrals to targets greatly increasing our hit rate.

3. Contact Programs
We use “multimedia prospecting” to connect with targets.  We use email, phone, personal cards, sales letters and postcards to do what it takes to get through “above the noise”. Where appropriate we use social media to start a conversation with prospects. Our team uncovers opportunities and qualifies interest to see if opportunities are a fit.

4. Nurture
We start a lead nurturing process with all contacts that are qualified. We work with you to send these contacts regular communications from your company that will keep you connected to them when they are ready to buy.
